🔁 5. Return & Replacement Policy

We have a one-way shipping agreement with our delivery partners, which means:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted.

  • However, you may be eligible for a free replacement if:

    • The product is damaged during transit

    • The wrong item or design was delivered

    • The item is defective, misprinted, or incomplete

Conditions for replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photos/videos showing the problem

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

A courier fee of ₹99 applies for replacements, payable by the buyer.

We do not offer refunds. Only eligible replacements are allowed as per our Return Policy above.
