At Siwa Genuine Parts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds

We operate with a one-way shipping agreement with our logistics partners.
As such, returns and refunds are not available for standard orders.

✅ Replacement Eligibility (for Faulty or Incorrect Products)

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect (wrong item or print)

  • Faulty (defective or poor fit)

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incomplete (missing items)

You may be eligible for a free replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

🔁 Replacement Terms

  • We will send a free replacement, including a new print if applicable.

  • You also have the option to change the design at no additional cost during the replacement process.

  • A shipping fee of ₹99 will apply for the return order. This fee is paid by the buyer when returning the faulty item.
